“Prati moje stare tragove” (Follow My Old Tracks) is the thirteenth studio album by the legendary band Divlje Jagode (Wild Strawberries) from Sarajevo. This album is everything fans have been expecting, especially those who prefer the hard & heavy sound the band has been known for. The album contains ten brand new songs, including a cover of the song “Da li si ikad mene voljela” (Have You ever Loved Me) from the 1994 album “Labude kad rata ne bude” (Swans when there Is no War). This version brings a new shine to the old hit, refreshing it for a new generation of listeners.

As on the previous album, the vocals are performed by Toni Janković and Livio Berak, showing how two completely different vocal styles can work perfectly together. “For bands that have been around for many years, and Divlje Jagode are certainly one of them, it is important to “catch up in time” by all parameters and follow what is happening in the world. If we look at it that way, “Prati moje stare tragove” brings the fresh, sweet juicy sound of Divlje Jagode, but for 2024,” said Zele Lipovača.

This album offers a wealth of energetic melodies, powerful riffs and quality lyrics that will surely resonate with the audience. Each song is carefully composed and produced to reflect the essence of the band, while at the same time introducing a new and modern sound. The new single “Davno ljeto ’89” (Long ago Summer ’89) has been officially presented along with a video that premiered on CMC television. This song is written by Zele, while Šviga is responsible for the mixing and mastering. The video was directed and edited by Colonel Dabrov, who managed to capture the atmosphere of the song and convey it through a visual spectacle.
