Miroslav and Gordana Evačić from Koprivnica have been a married couple and multi-instrumentalists who combine the musical tradition of their native Podravina with blues and rock elements, creating an authentic world music expression.

Valuable professional awards, including Porin in the category for the “Best Ethno Music Album” (for the albums “Blues reke Drave” (Blues of the Drava River) in 2007 and “N.E.W.S. Blues” in 2013), and a special award for the “Nurturing of Ethno Expression”, MEF ’08 (for the song “Voli ona” (She Loves) in 2008), are proof of their many years of tireless work and their importance for the local music scene and beyond.

With a rich discography of eleven albums and countless collaborations with domestic and foreign artists, this authentic musical duo has been included in the Greatest Hits Collection edition of Croatia Records, as well as under the Croatian World Music label, which gathers and promotes regional ethno and world music. This CD, which contains 23 songs, is a compilation of their greatest musical successes, offering a cross-section of their entire career to date.
