Several versions of the same story, several faces.

There is not much to add to this recording... One of the most interesting and convincing ensembles in Czechoslovakian music history has released a live CD containing almost 80 minutes of its current repertoire, including three previously unpublished pieces.

The recording dates back to April 2005, when DG 307 played their intimate spring concert under the title “Nebe – pták – pes – černý opál – okolí psa...” (Sky – Bird – Dog – Black Opal – Surroundings of the Dog... at “Divadlo na zábradlí” (Theatre on the Balustrade). The extraordinarily successful sound presents the previously unheard sharp sound of string instruments (violin and cello), which will show the band’s work from a new angle even to its die-hard fans. Plus, one hit after another...
